Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Add what you love to your cart, head to checkout, and pick your payment method – GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer. That’s it!
How do I pay?
Right after you check out, I’ll email you the QR code or account details for the payment method you picked. Just scan, pay, then send me a screenshot AND the reference number so I can confirm it.
Is there a deadline to pay?
Yes – please pay within 3 days of placing your order. Orders that don’t get paid within that window may get cancelled to make room for others.
Can I customize or personalize an order?
Not right now! Everything in the shop is made as-is, in small batches. No monograms or custom colors just yet – but hey, never say never down the road.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out through the contact form as soon as you can, before you pay. Once an order’s been paid and processed, changes get trickier.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Anywhere within the Philippines!
When do you ship out orders?
Orders go out twice a week – every Wednesday and Saturday. Packing in batches means your order gets handled with more care (and less rush).
How long does delivery take?
- Metro Manila: shipped via EcoMovePH, standard delivery is 2-3 days from the next shipping day (Wed or Sat).
- Outside Metro Manila: courier still being finalized – details coming soon.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fee gets confirmed and sent to you along with your QR code or bank details after checkout, since it depends on your location and package size.
What if my package arrives damaged or wrong?
That’s on me to fix. Contact me within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging, and I’ll sort out a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Product Care & Materials
Are your items handmade?
Every single one! Crocheted stitch by stitch, and sewn piece by piece using both my own two hands and my sewing machine, one at a time. No two pieces ever turn out exactly identical. That’s part of the charm.
How do I take care of my Monikers piece?
It depends on what you got:
- Crochet items (bags, coasters, hats) – spot clean gently with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking or machine washing, since crochet can lose its shape.
- Sewn fabric items (pouches, sleeves, scrunchies) – hand wash cold and air dry when possible, to keep colors and shape looking their best.
